I find this most unusual, as most forums require membership before any posting is allowed. However, I think allowing guests to post in this thread is a very good, albeit bold, step.
If guests have questions before deciding on joining here, now there's a place to get them answered.
We have a wonderful group here, and I highly recommend this site, and encourage questions about us.

Yes, lightfootfan. We are trying this feature out to give our guests a chance to get their feet wet in our forum. I hope a guest will do just that.

I am considering joining this forum but I am concerned that those trolls and fruitcakes with multiple names and personalities I see in other forums may abound here too. Can any member reassure me that what I see elsewhere does not occur here?

I can tell you they are not here now, and, with the careful, watchful eyes of Admin, moderators, and other concerned members, any visits by the unscrupulous characters you mentioned will be handled in a professional manner.

Guest, you are safe here so think positive thoughts and begin to trust again. I have not been here as much as most but, thanks to a very perceptive and diligent Admin, i've noticed we only have fun and friendly people here. And if there is ever a misunderstanding then you have free access to PM anyone you want to sort it out with. There are no hangups here.
