How lovely! I can say that now, because I don't have to shovel it.

I may have to drive in it though. Mary had an interview for a job yesterday.

I love winter -- especially in pictures, and these are great. At my age, I have come to not enjoy it as much. I did get a pair of short boots last year so I could get to church. My only other pair of shoes is a pair of deerskin moccasins. I have trouble finding comfortable shoes, especially with EM, so I just don't wear them in the house. I have "house socks," which are comfortable.

Your pictures are lovely, Glad. I have some beautiful pictures from Cambridge, but nowhere to put my scanner, even if I could post pictures in here to share.

Won't be long till it will be winter again. This year has gone fast that's for sure.

You know, Margie, as I age I notice that years go by more quickly. I've always heard that, but it's true.

That snow was last winter thank goodness!

I've heard of those East coast snowstorms! We get some doozies here in the midwest too.

We had some deep snows in both Virginia and Maryland, LFF. I have some great pictures of the snows in Maryland, but never took pictures in Virginia. I've really forgotten how to use my digital camera now. I'll have to get my grandson to teach me before going to Norway next summer. If I get to actually go there.

Was it Memphis that got a terrible snow storm last year? I can't remember.
On second thought was that Atlanta??

I think it was Oklahoma City.

That may be correct LFF. I do remember people were stranded on the interstate in the area for several days.

Maybe your picture shows the storm??
