John 3:16 (KJV)
For God so loved the world,
that he gave his only begotten Son,
that whosoever believeth in him should not perish,
but have everlasting life.

Very possible, but let me pose this question: How large was the Garden of Eden?

That is a good question LFF. Never thought of that before but lets take a moment and reason it out. Might make for a good discussion.

First of all the book of Genesis tells us about the Garden of Eden. The first parents were perfect until they sinned which caused them to lose the privilege to live forever. If they had not sinned they would still be living today and just think all their offspring (which we are a part of) would be living forever too. So the Garden of Eden must have been huge don't you think?

How many days or years did adam walk through the Garden alone with God? How long with Eve? If it was 10,000 square feet, it wouldn't take that long to traverse. How about if it was 10,000 acres? Did Adam and Eve ever see the whole Garden? Some things to think about....

Now this is where we need ISH! He was working on a theory of how long Adam actually was without a sole mate. Maybe I can come across some of his posts concerning that.

I seem to recall hearing that the Garden of Eden was in Mesopotamia ? Requires research.
Adam and Eve may not have procreated if sin had not entered the garden. Thinking of their relationship with the Lord God Jehovah, wouldn't it have precluded a sexual relationship?

Adam and Eve tended the garden. Having tended a garden of less than an acre, I believe it would have consumed much of their days. The Garden of Eden was so beautiful that one would never tire of wandering about in it.
