We used to call that a berm. We had one north of Holland that was built on the raised drainfield of our septic system. Made the plants grow well, but we only did flowers there. Didn't want to grow veggies there to eat!

By the way LFF your plant is coming up and son has it designed to cover a certain part of the yard......I will get a picture when it comes up more.
