I'LL PROBABLY GET YELLED AT FOR THIS--BUT, GLAD, GO TO THE GROC, BUY A TINY PIECE OF CHEESECAKE, AND SATISLY YOUR TASTE....IT WILL KEEP YOU SANE, AND ONE PIECE IS NOT GOING TO HURT.
NOW, I REALIZE, SOME PEOPLE CAN'T TAKE JUST ONE BITE, OR ONE PIECE, BUT I KNOW YOU CAN. DIET'S ARE GOOD, BUT GOING OFF OF IT, OCCASIONALLY, IS NOT GOING TO RUIN WHAT YOU'VE ALREADY LOST. TREAT YOURSELF, NOW AND THEN, YOU'RE SANITY IS WORTH IT : ). PLEASE DON'T PUNISH YOURSELF. AS HARD AS YOU WORK, YOU DESERVE IT. bubg

Enjoy Glad.

Don't buy one, don't bake or no bake one.
Go out, order a piece,
and enjoy every bite.
No leftovers to plaque you.

My Daughter sometimes makes a pumpkin
cheesecake for Thanksgiving.
So if she did, I am having a piece.
It is only once every two years.

Take care of those cravings, sensibly
or they will drive you crazy.
