I really did something really different. Quick fry pork chops with fresh apple slices in brown sugar.
Was that good on rice.

I'm planning on baked cod,
not done in crumbs.
Just put on a piece of foil wrap,
seasoned with lemon and herbs seasoning,
pepper, and baked on the bbq. about 4 ozs.
With that, a baked potato,
or part of one, plain.
A large garden salad, with olive oil
sun dried tomato dressing (just a bit)

coffee and watermelon later for dessert.

I eat most of my food for supper.
If I have a good meal at supper I can eat lighter
all day.
I try to eat only when hungry.

Looking fwd to a good healthy, tasty supper.

After going to a buffet for lunch, I don't think dinner will be necessary.

All three foods mentioned above sound good to me. Dang I hope this appetite of mine cools down! Four days this past week I wanted no food at all.

I am having some dill pickles for dessert.
