Glad, I was ready to tell you what an excellent poem. Then I saw the LFF copyright.
LFF, that is a well written poem.

Yes it is a very good poem!

I'm in a rather odd mood today.
Not sure why. Diet? Politics?
Too much loss of loved ones?
I will be in a better frame of mind tomorrow.

So sorry to hear that, nell.  Sure hope your day gets better.

I'm convincing myself that today is better.
Not quite there yet, but giving it to the good LORD
will help.

Yes LFF, He has helped.
Thankfully.

God is good all the time.

All the time God is good.

I'm convinced that our B/P, and several
health issues have a bearing on our state
of mind, our emotions. Also any issues that
are beyond our ability to control may cause
havoc with our emotions.
Today I feel pretty much at ease, calm, peaceful.

Just one quick comment:
My bathroom toilet became an issue when the water pipes froze as sometimes happens in mobile homes.
Today Ray got the new toilet put in. Fortunately he is competent with home repairs.
Funny how one gets settled into a way of living and if
that way is disturbed, it's like snarl in thread. He has his bathroom and I have mine and using his feels odd. HA, this from a woman who grew up without indoor plumbing.

And with the new year, comes new emotions...

We're listening!

My emotions are now in check
Last week they were crazy as heck!
But now I'm doing fine
I'll no longer whine
and I'm not being a smart aleck

I will support you in that effort.
Although there are times when
getting our laments off our chest
helps us cope. I dare say there is
not one among us who never needs
to vent. We share our joys and sometimes
our woes.

Only the Lord Jesus, Amen.

Even Jesus said, Only my father in heaven is good.

Would that mean Jesus was merely obedient to God the Father?
