My house plants seem to be under attack with the new cat we have.  But I love him.

I have no houseplants, am tempted to get a big pot on the patio and a bag of onion sets- I love green onions!

Thanks much LFF. I suppose that means the geese will come out again.
We have a pair of Canadian geese nesting by Smith Creek, which is
directly across the road from us, just where we put our garden,
and Papa goose poops all along the area. He loyally guards the 
female while she is hatching their brood. We believe they chose
this spot because there is plenty of grass which he eats and due
to the creek.

Geese are very smart!

Yes, and very loyal, but their sanitary habits leave a lot to be desired LOL

I know.  Mary and I used to walk the dogs by the Perrigo plant here, till they put up no trespassing signs up.  The sidewalks were littered with their excretions.
