Month of June Poem

Time to write a new poem.

Suggestions for a title?

June is busting out all over

June is one of the shorter months
Seems to be passing quickly too
The first week has gone bye bye
Now we're starting week number two
Temperatures are rising steadily
guess that's what Summer brings
We've got heat and humidity
among other things
flowers are blooming and bees buzz
as they fly from bloom to bloom
the bees are only pollinating
so hey, give them room
crank up the air conditioning
the electric bills make us sad
but think of the cold last winter
and we may not feel so bad.

I love it LFF!

As I recall, the month of June
Is set aside for Honeymoons
Just who was allowed to decide
That June was best for being a Bride
Perhaps because the flowers bloomed
More abundantly in June
Or is the Silver moon the reason
For marking June as bridal season
I guess it doesn't really matter
A Bride and Groom could not choose better

I think it's alt+0169 if I recall correctly.
I can't use it on Linux- doesn't work.

For ease of use, I think I just added the symbol to our emoticons. Check out the very end of them.

I got married May 31 so guess it was a May bride. Church was full....but was married just after morning worship and everyone stayed. I had not sent out invitations. I graduated on Friday evening and was married on Sunday high noon.

And then a "Shoot Out at OK Corral",
just reminds me of the movie, "High Noon".

I was February bride. Is it strange that I never cared to be a bride / wife / married?
Not only married, had five babies. They are all the joy of my life, and five grandchildren.

I find that difficult to understand.....maybe marriage was too soon for you. I did not waste time....I wanted to be married and children but took 6 years for the first one to arrive. Strange how life is sometime.

Glad, I always wanted to travel, see other places, I didn't want to settle down. While some girls thought about a big wedding and that stuff, I wanted freedom. It's just who I was. Once I had my babies, they were the most important thing in the world.

Just read my words above. 
Those words are still truth along with my grandchildren.
Jesus is number one which creates the great love for others.
