Yesterday was the Ides of March. (The Ides of March is the 74th day in the Roman calendar, corresponding to 15 March. It was marked by several religious observances and was notable for the Romans as a deadline for settling debts. In 44 BC, it became notorious as the date of the assassination of Julius Caesar which made the Ides of March a turning point in Roman history.)
Got a lot of stuff done- Had my new router installed, Alexa and smart plug paired up with it, also Sheri's phone and smart TV. Figured out the lost signal on my TV, and straightened that out, and, after we had Sheri's stuff connected, and the tech left, I asked Sheri if I could stay and talk a bit. She replied Sure!, so I sat on the couch by her (socially distanced of course), and we talked for quite a while, before I edged toward the door, saying "I've got to get out of here". (Didn't want to overstay my welcome.)
