It is starting out to be a good day.

Need to run a few errands (mostly getting out to purchase meds) and go to bank.  Wish my insulin would last longer it is rather expensive until around end of June.  But that is about 6 weeks away now so not so bad I guess.

I laid around a lot yesterday with joints hurting but this morning it is all better.

Thanks Glad.  Those diclofenac tablets sure do help!  But as my Sister said, they're not fixing anything- only covering up the pain a little.
I did take Chipper for a short walk this morning.

Another great day in store for us today. Temps will be in the warm, but not too hot range, and no rain.

Told Michelle this morning that I felt like the old man in the Eagles' song Lyin' Eyes, because I'm 27 years older than she is, and she's so pretty.  Anyway, We did some running around today, and I'll be going out to my Mom's this afternoon to help my Sister move rocks.

Our washing machine has packed in so we got a new Spanish one. Very good deal, it was £213 with free connection, remove the old one and next day delivery. We wait in tomorrow morning for it, it has a three year guarantee as well. We had the other one twenty one years so can’t complain.

Sounds good, 2Anne!  I did my laundry this morning too.

Machine arrived at 10.30 am this morning, looks great and husband understands enough Spanish to understand guarantee and instructions. 
Sons birthday today, he would have been 46, bless him.

Going to be a warm one here again.

There were no plans yesterday, but I couldn't sit still for some reason. I shampooed the bedroom carpet, mopped the entrance, kitchen, living room, hallway, my office, and dusted the living room. Then I washed Max, outside. 

Today, I'm too sore to do anything, so I have an excuse to sit on my behind.

Suffered a major case of depression yesterday morning.  Texted 'Oh woe is me' type messages to Michelle.  Didn't talk yesterday.  Texted her today, wishing her a great day.  Her reply?  "Same to you."
Guess I screwed up.

Hey LFF!  I am on my way out to spend time with two ladies and I will try to text you later this afternoon.  Please take care of yourself!

Better yet will text you while I am out and about.  Forget that I can do that.

Got my paperwork done yesterday.
Today, I've been to Plainwell, to walmart, received a tray of cheese enchiladas from Michelle's Mom, along with some cheesecake from Michelle, which I had for breakfast.  Blew my leaves off the patio, with the leaf blower from my Mom's, after which Penny cleaned and straightened up for me, and took a nap.  waiting for Dawn to show up.

Online church is finished so back to posting. Going to be a lovely warm day as well. And as it is Sunday a relaxing day as well.

Hi everyone.  I chose not to attend church today because someone chose to go that had been exposed to covid on Friday and I felt it was best I did not go.  I know God understands.

So I took advantage of the time and stayed in bed a bit longer then I got up and washed dishes from last night.....mostly glasses and bowls for we had bacon and tomato sandwiches for dinner last night.  I just put on a pot of black beans and will prepare some rice later when beans get done.  Gonna be a meatless meal today.  If the sons want meat I will open a package of hot dogs.  I am trying to cut back on meats once a week.  Yesterday the pound of bacon wasn't much meat but that was over $5.  Meat is getting so expensive.

Going to be another hot day today.  Hope all of you have a good one.  It is great to see the smiling faces of each one of you today.

After I took Dawn home to Plainwell today, I drove over to my Mom's.  There, I dug, lifted, and hauled rocks with my Sister.  I'm hurting.  Think I'll sleep with a heating pad tonight.

We had a forecast of 100% rain, yesterday. Didn't get a drop, but it was beautiful outside. Today only a 50% chance, so it will probably storm.

Went to Estate Agent today to see about selling the house in the future, bureaucracy here is terrible and we need our 2001 passports from when we bought it and house deeds. List seems to go on and on. Estate agent very helpful. They do a key holding service and charge€60 to clean, unlike the €420 we paid to the thief we had in. We will go for it. Did the shopping got some nice strawberries and all the water and fizzy drinks, they are doing a lot of sugar free here. Good as the UK.
Will go for a siesta shortly.

The enchiladas were delicious, especially with a little salt.  I ate almost the whole pan's worth.  Saved a little for supper.

Did they have a lot of  cheese?  I have been known to put extra on mine.

Lotsa cheese, and in a bed of rice.

A couple of small errands today, and then just coast along.

Sitting here, wondering what to do today....

Well as usual I slept in and now the day is half over.

But I feel rested and that is important!

Sleeping in for me means after 5 am but always before 6 am.

Did a quick store run. Bit chillier today and windier. Glad I got some yard work done yesterday when it was nice and warm out.

I didn't have to wonder long.  After I posted this morning, Michelle texted me asking "Whatcha doin?"  Said she was bored.  Probably should have told her to come over, but I didn't.  I drove over there, and we went to breakfast, then Meijer's.

While we were driving to the restaurant, Sheri called through my U-connect in my car that blue tooth's to my phone.  Said she'd gone into my apartment and gotten a couple cold bottles of Pepsi out of my fridge.  Of course, Michelle heard this.  She didn't say anything, but she seemed a little cold, through breakfast and as I took her home.   No "Why does Sheri have a key to your apartment?" or anything like that.
