Naiwen, we all feel concern for Glad.
Without her we would never have met.

On a personal note. The weather has taken a good turn.
It appears I will finally meet a cousin I only realized I had
recently. His mother was my cousin. His grandmother was 
my daddy's sister.

That's great nell!  Glad's pretty weak from her procedure in ER.

LFF, we did get to meet Art, after running through pouring rain, 
sitting in an open arena, listening to the first band.
I was quite cold but I got to meet my cousin first time ever, 
We hugged and I am one happy old woman.
(Lots of fans of the band/Everclear/ but under ordinary circumstances
not my type of music. Only for family.)

We'll have thunderstorms here tonight.  Was raining already, as Sheri and I drove home from Kalamazoo.

So glad Michelle is home!  And believe me I know the feeling about getting back into the swing of things.  I am slow getting back to posting at the affiliates and of course I am behind here too.

I will continue to pray for Michelle.

We had a small shower this afternoon.
Maybe your thunderstorm won't be violent.

Just got home from work , fed Gracie and me too.  Then will be going with Sheri later to let her Son's dogs out

Must have had enough sleep yesterday and last night for I am up early this morning.

Getting bills paid and spending some time with you.

Hoping for rain later today.....son is out watering the garden right now.

I ate ice cream mixed with peanut butter for a snack last night.  Peanut butter kind of bothered me so will need to be more careful. Otherwise I am improving more and more each day.

Went to walmart this morning.  Got receipt books for the store (and a backup for me), Prime lemon-lime hydration drink for Sheri, some LaLa strawberry/banana yogurt for Sheri, Fairlife chocolate milk for Sheri, Fairlife Strawberry milk for Sheri, and some for me, and a package of hamburger buns for me.  She'd given me $60 toward it, which almost paid for her stuff.  Sheri's not awake yet, so I had to put some of her stuff in my fridge.  I'll be going in to work with her again.

This will go down as the summer of smoke filled skies. Looks like we might have gotten a shower of rain earlier as the grass is all wet. Hopefully it helped rid the air of the smoke smell.

Glad, I enjoy peanut butter on crackers. Due to swelling
in my legs and feet, I cut way back on sodium. Also some
other salty foods I enjoy, but the swelling has decreased.

LFF, I believe you enjoy life more with a friend than with
a lover. If I'm wrong, not the first time. 
We have been blessed last night and this day with rain
and I'm told thunder storms last night. The creek is about
half way full. Our gardens should flourish. Praise the Lord
above. Good will overcome evil, Amen.

We got some rain this morning, around 5am. Didn't last long, but I'll take what I can get.

Yes I agree Windwalker.  I am thankful fof every drop.  Our garden is done already due to lack of rain.  Watering keeps the roots alive but production is almost gone.  Son has planted some fall things already and keeping them watered.

Good evening all. I had a terrible time getting in here tonight. But finally did it. I had to change from Firefox to Goggle last week. I'm going to start working on my laptop which is a windows 10 and get it set up. Using windows 8 for now. Thanks Glad for helping me get back on here. I appreciate it.

We had a storm continue for several hours and dumped almost 4 inches of rain since midnight.  We needed rain but not floods.  Garden is going to love the rain.
