OK with me if Jesus returning, it could be Armageddon.

Spent this morning sorting and putting meds is daily containers.  Time to visit the pharmacy soon.

It is a cloudy day with a potential for storms later.  I pray it does not get bad.

I think our storm threat is passed.  Radar shows us on the south edge of the line going north.

Our weather has been quiet around here. Sunshine most of the day, and I nearly got hot while working outside.

How many here had pie yesterday for National pi day?

I'm having an omelet today for the Ides of March.

Some of my friends here know scripture better than I do. Although I read the bible cover to cover I forget a lot. Isn't it in scripture that Jesus will gather his own before the terrible begins? Unworthy as I am, I pray for all my loved ones and for all God's children. Jesus loves all.

We have frost this morning, so it got a bit cool last night. The heat is running. Coffee is ready, and so am I.

I recall when my son was born in May 1976 we had lots of snow. It covered my car which was parked in the driveway, freezing as well.

Good morning! Cool this morning at around 39F If it warms up, I need to put a belt on the riding mower. The grass is already high enough to need mowing.

We have many many provision centers here that sell grass, and CBD products.

I think this must be the shortest spring in history. Yesterday was the first day of spring and almost all our snow was gone. Then around 8 pm yesterday it began to snow and it is isn't predicted to stop until after the weekend.

Right now it is sunny but only 55 degrees.  I am so ready for warm weather.

It's a balmy 30F here.  Been sitting inside all day.

I had no choice but to venture out into the cold.
My favorite dog expects his Grama so off I went. 

I bundled him up in his warmest coat. 
He seemed happy never mind that I was freezing LOL

I just went to the profile of an old friend.
One whom I hadn't connected with for ages.
A woman about my age who lived in Scotland.
I wanted to ask if she would contact the mutual friend
who unfriended me and tell her that I am very sorry.
To my surprise and sadness I learned that Kate recently died.
Fortunately I was able to tell her daughter how sad I am that
her mother has gone.
Friends we never meet in person are so very dear. Kate was one\
of them. <3

...i believe everything happens for a reason...Look at it this way...if it wasn't for the person who you was trying to get a message across to " the mutual friend " you believe you had offended, you would not have known about the " old friend " who had recently died...Maybe it was a blessing in disguise..

It was true that we had agreed to avoid political posts and I forgot.
I was in the wrong. I just wish she could forgive me. Karen is an old
friend from way back, the Overfifties forum.
Seeing Kate Watson had died made me realize how many good people 
I have met on the internet. Several years ago and so many have left 
this life. It is a sharp pain like those I have known in the flesh. Last
night as I found it difficult to fall asleep, I recalled driving all over 
Ireland with my mom in law. Driving on the lefthand side of roads
while sitting in the righthand side of the car, learning Roundabouts.
I don't consider myself brave, but I drove because Mom said, "Yes, you will!"
:2lol:Our first morning in Dublin, I said, "I don't think I can do this."
She said, "Yes, you will." "OK, MOM." and I did.

But the mention of roundabouts!  I prefer not to use them but they are everywhere and you cannot avoid them.  I just take my time regardless of how fast others want to travel around them.

Not much different than a crossroads.
Just wait your turn. I don't think we have many roundabouts in Michigan.

Our Canadian geese returned today. Ray went out to chase them away.
One flew at him causing him to fall, a bleeding would on his hand.
I reckon we must tolerate the geese.

Down in Bluegrass, Iowa, we were stopped by Davenport ducks.

Not a lot happening here. Although I had the pleasure
of seeing three of my four sons and hugging two of them.
Son Bill and Lia, his lovely wife stopped as they drove past
long enough to say, "I love you. We're late to a birthday party."
Also a hug from my daughter Colleen and daughter in law Benita,
hugs from both. I was given a nice leather jacket. I hope to give
it to my daughter because it doesn't look right on me.
I hope all of my fellow Shouters have a lovely day.

Last night my youngest brother called. 
WE talked until we both wore out about
being the oldest of the cousins and also
about what a Mountain man our daddy was.

Not doing much here today.  Sheri asked me to get a couple Butterfinger candy bars for her.  Got to the store and had forgotten my wallet, but I was able to find enough change in my car to get her just one.  Brought her that, and asked if she wanted me to get her another.  She said  no.
Changed my avatar.  Took my photo last night with the webcam on my laptop.  Too bad you can't read the print on my t shirt.  It says Trump 2024.  On the back is a large print of his booking photo, with the caption America's most wanted.

Well got through my 73rd Birthday a few days ago, had a few cards from my church friends, otherwise, just another day indoors on the day, by myself, last Friday..Took cakes in the morning before, and got a group of happy birthdays from them...

Congratulations on another trip around the sun, Jackie!  Sorry we missed it.
