Yep and it ain't no fun either

I have physical therapy again today.  Will use my new walker to get from the car to the building.  Will go to the bank, then I'll probably come home and empty more stuff out of my car...

Had to pick up my Mom's ashes from the funeral home.  Will bring them to my Sister's tomorrow.

Windwalker, I'm right in there on that morning coffee.
Starts my day right.
LFF, I really hope the therapy helps you to be pain free.
Regarding the flirting, funny you should say that. 
I was at Cracker Barrell with one of my sons, hs wife and her mom. I stopped to chat with a man.
Sandy asked me if I was flirting. I said I was and I am old enough now to flirt without any concerns
about the reaction. My son agreed totally.

Glad, I never thought getting old would be painful.
I thought it was going to be time to rest. Maybe it's so we will be more ready to leave here?
Jackie, that would be SO difficult for me, an entire hour on the phone answering questions. I applaud you.

Will be taking my Mom over to her house today.  Well, her ashes- picked them up yesterday.  My Sister is supposed to meet with a buyer for the house this morning, and I'll show up later.

A decent 41F this morning. No real plans for the day.

My Mom has had an urn with my Dad's ashes on her coffee table for 5 years.  Now his urn and her box will be placed in a vault together (when the ground thaws out).

I like the idea of how your parents ashes will be kept LFF.

It is a gloomy day today....slept in then we had breakfast food for lunch the main meal today.  It was bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy.....sooooo good!

OH here I am, ready to speak of ashes and Glad mentions breakfast. My mouth is watering at the words biscuits and gravy. is it sausage gravy? I no longer eat beef nor pork, but seasoned right, turkey
sausage make mighty tasty gravy. 
Truthfully, with this infection from the tooth, my taste buds are screwed up. Still, my imagination still works.
I did very little today, showered, visited Lttle Chuckie. I think he figures out that he has done
his duty after we complete our routine. He went to the door, sat looking at me as if he might be thinking, "I played with her, allowed her to hand feed me, allowed her to massage me, what more does she need? " 
LFF, she is LOVELY!

She's a Doctor of Osteopathy, so she listens, and spends time with her patients.

It was milk gravy made with some of the bacon drippings.......if I fry sausage I sometimes break a patty into the gravy.  I do not make this kind of meal often but I had a good blood sugar reading this morning.

Greasy foods give me problems.

If I have too much it will give me problems also that is why I only fry bacon maybe once every couple of months

Mornin' Windwalker and all!  Speaking of Gluten, I've been having such trouble with my Maximus Gluteus.  I don't know if gluten affects that or not.  Going to physical therapy twice a week for that.  Don't know what I'll do today yet...

Oh Jackie that is so nice you get together with others who lost their mates!  When my Bill passed away I tried desperately to get a widows group started at my church and was going to call it WIFE  (Widows Indeed Friendship Elect) No one seemed to be interested which was odd for most of the people that go to my church are widows.  I wasn't trying to start a dating group just a group where we could get together and share stories and ideas.  Oh well was not meant to be  guess.  This year will mark the anniversary of hubby's death (18 years in Sept)

Wow LFF!  Going back a few posts.......your doctor is a beautiful lady.....and I can imagine she has a good disposition about her.

It wasn't more than a year ago when I was 
delighted to be a very healthy 85 year old female.
Out of the blue comes A-fib. I sort of figured 
boasting about my good health may have been
premature. 
The sun shines brightly here. I suspect it's quite cold and when I visit my doggie friend I will
feel the chill.
I wonder if President Trump had a good crowd
last evening in Arizona? I couldn't get his rally on TV because we recently dropped the channel in order to cut the cost a bit.
So far this day I have done two loads of laundry.
I think I will be happy to see warmer weather. I
do so enjoy gardening!

I filled 31 days of pill dispenser this morning.  Have to place an order for Some vitamin E.

I ordered a thermometer, a knee brace, some aspirin, sodium naproxen vitamin D3, a  multivitamin, and an Icy Hot roll on.  Should be here Tuesday, and I still have $10 to use this quarter on my healthy benefits card.  Opted to not order the vitaminE, as I have some Hair/skin/and nails gummies I can eat.

I looked at the calendar- says today is milk day.   Must be something suggested by the american dairy association.  I don't drink milk much.  Will eat milk products like cheese and ice cream, but drinking milk for milk sake does not fare well with my intestinal fortitude.  Maybe having it pushed on me as a kid...
Anyway, I have no big plans today- perhaps go to Wok In Wok Out for Chinese lunch today.  Don't know yet.

Quiet Monday, we did have a walk this morning. Sunny out with high pressure. Very easy lunch pizza, straight out of supermarket, very nice too. Been trying to sort out some insurance. Said they would call me back. Not happened three hours later!

Hi 2Anne!  When a company says they'll call you back, they mean by the end of the next business day.

To be honest LFF I don’t expect to hear from them. The tele sales woman sounded Indian and I could hardly understand her, I want a renewal quote but think they will delay giving it to make it difficult to get other quotes.

I'm not sure what the thermometer says, but it's bitter cold. I took Little Chuckie outside thee times, back inside got warming Grama. He doesn't like having the routine messed up, too confusing for him.
I pushed my energy this morning, scrubbed the kitchen floor. I shampooed this long hair, hoping
to get my granddaughter to French braid it once before I get it chopped off,

Been a day that has been lazy for me but hey I am enjoying it!

I don't take Chipper out too long in this cold either.  He doesn't like it, but he seems to understand why his Papa is keeping the excursions short.  I need to change my tablecloth.  Someone asked me the other day what I thought of Red China.

A cold 28F here this morning. I don't think I'll be going outside, to drink my coffee.

32F here.  I think a high of 35 today might be slightly optimistic.  Don't have any plans for today.

Trying to get a skin for Valentine's coming up next month.  I will change the red background I think anyway.

Hope this is better.....I know we are a little early for Valentines but I want to give each of us time to adjust to the new skins....


Windwalker I haven't had my first cup of coffee yet.....woke up with heartburn this morning so will wait awhile before I get a cup.
